I love my clients for they are smart, funny, interesting and I learn a lot from them. Take yesterday for instance, my client tells me, “I wish I were like you. You have so much energy to workout everyday”. It’s true I work out 6 times a week and when I don’t I get a little depressed but it doesn’t mean that every time I exercise I love it. Sometimes I’m tired and don’t feel like exercising but I still do it. Who truly likes lifting a weight you can barely lift or spending an hour on a machine doing cardio or running outdoors in the rain? Even though it can be hard at times it is so good for you.
Exercise shouldn’t be a means to an end but a part of your everyday life.
