I wish weight loss was only achieved through exercise, I really do. It would make life so much easier. Did you know that nutrition accounts for 80% and exercise only accounts for 20%. I’m not saying that exercise isn’t important because it is but in order to lose weight- DIET is key. I am not a nutritionist or a dietician so I cannot give you a diet plan I can, however, teach you the right way to eat in order to lose weight and keep it off.

I used to give out diet plans (from registered dieticians) that would have worked but my clients wouldn’t comply. The excuses were: it was too time consuming or I don’t eat that, etc…… Then I remembered the time I lost over 95 pounds and I did it my own way. I made up my own menu and scheduled my meals in advance.

Over the years I have taken numerous nutritional  courses and have earned several nutritional certifications specifically Precision Nutrition 1 and an  ACE Specialty Certification. Both programs are phenomenal and have truly broadened my horizons and have made me a more efficient trainer.
