In my opinion nothing beats One on One personal training. In this unique relationship you are my only focus. For the next 30-60 minutes my whole purpose in life is to make sure that we are meeting your goals; that you are getting the best and most efficient workout each and every time.




Before we begin our 1st workout, we will meet for a fitness consultation. During our first consultation you will fill out a Personal Fitness Profile and we will discuss your fitness goals in depth. Using the S.M.A.R.T Technique we will create a program specifically tailored towards achieving your goals. The SMART Technique stands:

S- Specific-

M- Measurable

A- Attainable

R- Realistic

T- Timely

We need a baseline, therefore, we will take your measurements, body fat percentage, and a before photo. There will be a fitness evaluation where you perform various tests for strength, cardio and flexibility. Based on those results and your goals the program that we put forth will hit every aspect of fitness that’s right just for you.

Remember the best way to achieve your fitness goals is to have a plan and not do it alone
