Thanksgiving is here, yay!!!!

I love Thanksgiving, the food, eggnog and of course, football. You can still enjoy Thanksgiving without gaining the customary weight gain. All you have to do is watch your portion sizes and go back to eating well on Friday (no leftovers). If you work out regularly and eat well 80% of the time then you really have nothing to worry about.

If you are cooking for Thanksgiving and are short on time just try out this 10 minute or so workout.

(20 rounds total) of 5 bodyweight squats or jump squats,

5 left/5 right mountain climbers

followed by 5 standard push ups.

 Perform this circuit with minimal rest.
